Weather widget (Johan)

First layout for my weather widget. It is designed as a mouse-over-gadget. So the button which will be placed on the website is in the design of the specific site and the widget has a own design.

what you should see is a short animation like a rainy cloud which lights up when a flash comes out (sound include). This animation is always in interaction with the cursor. -> Sun will head up the cursor, rain will make it wet, ...
